Avocado & Honey smoothie
Hi Everyone, 

I thought this would be a good place to share my recipe for Avocado & honey smoothies. This is a drink I usually have as breakfast at least three times a week. It's very easy and takes very little time.


1 avocado
200 ml milk
2 tbsp honey

In a blender put all the three ingredients and beat it for about a minute till everything has been combined together. Avocado has a thick texture so when it is blended the smoothie will come out thick without having to add any cream or icecream to it.

Avocados are high in fibre, so having this smoothie for breakfast will keep your hunger at bay and leave you feeling full for a longer time.
